Tips and Tricks to go Shampoo-free

Comment#1: This works!!! been washing my curly hair with castille soap & vinegar rinse for a few months now with awesome results! i use the castille soap once a week & vinegar once a week, hair stays clean just washing with water on the in between days!!

Comment#2: I’ve been soap, shampoo and deoderant free for over 6 months…
I hit the hair on occasionaly with straight ACV and sometimes the body as well…
if you did the math i started this in the fall and through the winter… curious to see how I hold up in the summer months while working out as well…
and advice on washing the bod? I have noticed one thing too… using a fairly good lotion (Aveeno natural) I need to shower more often…

Comment#3: It works, and its awesome! Ive been doing this baking soda wash and vinegar rinse for a few months, only using ‘real’ shampoo once every 3-4 weeks and my hair looks better than ever! :)
